At UrbanNest Trade, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, personal hygiene items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, etc.), within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Next, reach out to your bank, as there may be processing time on their end.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at contact@harisjaffarllc.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
